About in4D
in4D is the registered business name of Andrew Swenson, a registered Architect in the Northern Territory.
Andrew has been working under the in4D banner since he started working as a sole practitioner back in 2001.
in4D uses ArchiCAD a 3D BIM software solution that allows a 3D model of the project to be built from concept design right through to construction documentation. ArchiCAD along with Artlantis & Twinmotion allows in4D to visualise the project through various means to allow the client to better understand what the project looks like before any soil is turned on site.
in4D’s ethos
in4D works in a very collaborative way with all the partners within a project, that is the client, other consultants, the builder, regulatory authorities etc.
in4D works on the basis that Form follows Function. That is good design and a successful outcome for the client involves a collaboration between

What is an Architect and why would I use one?
The Australian Institute of Architects has a really good site that provides some answers to these questions.
it’s called “Working with Architects”. Click on the title to go to the site.
