In 2008 in4D was approached by NT Pubco to start investigating how the end of the exemption for smoking in enclosed licensed premises under the Tobacco Control Act’s as of 2 January 2010 could be addressed at the Parap Tavern.

In June 2009 NT Pubco asked in4D to work with Innersphere, a Sydney based interior design studio specialising in hospitality and entertainment venue design. Innersphere provided the overall concept and undertook the documentation of the finishes while in4D provided the local point of contact, undertaking the design development and documentation of the base building works.

in4D also undertook all the Development Application documentation & liaison along with providing various 3D concept images, walk-throughs, sun-studies, etc. for the client to review as they worked on identifying the best solution.
