With in4D using ArchiCAD 23 we have access to access to EcoDesigner Star, an extension to ArchiCAD which allows in4D to utilize and extend ArchiCAD’s built-in building energy modeling capabilities.

Over the next few weeks in4D will be working on familiarising themselves with the best way of implimenting EcoDesigner Star into their workflows, particularly in relation to thermal bridge simulation's to ensure the point of condensation between the air conditioned internal spaces and the hot and humid external weather conditions has been managed properly in the proposed construction details.

We will post more information of how EcoDesigner Star can be used by in4D on all current and future projects.

in4D is on the move by Andrew Swenson

in4D has secured a new home.

For the first time since Andrew started in4D almost 18 years ago in4D now has it’s own office space. No more being co-located within other businesses or shared houses.

Thank you to Envirotech Monitoring & Envirolab Services for hosting in4D since the start of the year when the hunt for a new office space started.

Over the next few months Andrew will be working on setting up the new office to be able to provide a better more focused service to client both old and new alike.

Check out the Get in Touch page for the details.

Caddies @ Palmerston Golf Course upgrades underway by Andrew Swenson

After working since 2013 with various client representatives, consultants and builders on various proposals for new facilities at Caddies @ Palmerston Golf Course, in4D is pleased to see that the final stage of work at the Palmerston Golf Club is well underway. Tailor-Made Building Services are busy joining the existing clubhouse & outdoor pavilion to make internal spaces for a new larger gaming room with dedicated bar & lounge areas, upgrading the existing toilets and converting the old gaming room area in the existing clubhouse into additional indoor dining space.

The work is expected to be completed in time for the NT PGA in August 2019.
