Twinmotion 2020 by Andrew Swenson

With in4D using ArchiCAD 24 we have had access to Twinmotion 2020 since April 2020 to do visualisations quickly and with a level of realism that is surprising.

Twinmotion 2020 promotional video

We haven’t had much chance to play with TwinMotion beyond doing some external images of some transportable buildings for a clients Tender Submission.

However this week Andrew has been able to advance an interiors project to the point where he has been able to produce some images & a video with TwinMotion for the client to review.

The project is a collaboration with Stef Schultz from Schapel Interiors and involves upgrading a under utilised space for use as a conference space.

The main goal was to improve the acoustics of the space and the concept uses acoustic paneling in a number of colours to add the building owner’s branding to the space as a subtle back drop to any event hosted in the space.

The resulting 5 images & 45sec video took a total of 5 mins to render on an MSI laptop at the standard quality settings of TwinMotion.

A comission with a difference. by Andrew Swenson

So my wife asked me to install a fire pit at home (Cooking fires are allowed in the NT) and suggested that I should see what I could find at the Dump Shop.

Here’s the results.
